As restrictions are gradually lifted and the province moves through the phases of the Re-Open Saskatchewan Plan, all Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation (SCIC) offices are once again open to the public.
As of June 8, 2020, all SCIC offices are open and continue to operate during regular business hours; Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
SCIC is following the guidance and direction of Saskatchewan Public Health to ensure the safety of employees and customers in our offices. With 22 locations across the province, our offices vary in size and layout. Before visiting your local office, please call ahead to ensure you understand the safety guidelines and maximum capacity restrictions in place. Visit: scic.ca/contact-us to find a SCIC customer service office near you.
SCIC understands the critical need to provide producers with risk management programs and support during this challenging time.
We enjoy seeing our customers in-person; however, we still recommend choosing non-contact options whenever possible. SCIC staff remain available to assist you by phone or through email. If you have questions about your Seeded Acreage Report, require assistance filing AgriStability forms, would like to purchase Livestock Price Insurance or need to submit a Wildlife Damage claim, please call our toll-free line at 1-888-935-0000, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact your local SCIC office.
(Email will also include button links to CropConnect and AgConnect)
The health and well-being of Saskatchewan producers is very important to us. Please see the Government of Saskatchewan's COVID-19 website for the most up-to-date public health guidelines. If you feel any symptoms of stress, the Farm Stress Line is available 24/7 at 1-800-667-4442.
Our communities have been through a lot over the last few months and we are looking forward to resuming in-person service. While interactions in our offices may have changed, our focus remains the same: we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring you understand your insurance options.
Please visit scic.ca/covid-19 for additional information. We appreciate your continued patience as we work through these changes.
