Avoid penalty and submit your 2021 AgriStability forms by September 30, 2022

Beat the rush and get your results sooner! By submitting your AgriStability forms well in advance of the September 30 deadline, SCIC can process your file sooner – and if you are in a benefit position, your payment is issued faster.

Today, Federal Agriculture and Agri-Food Minister Marie-Claude Bibeau and Saskatchewan Agriculture Minister David Marit announced the AgriStability enrolment deadline for the 2022 program year has been extended without penalty to June 30, 2022. This step, agreed to by federal, provincial, and territorial governments, will help producers manage the impact of avian influenza (bird flu), current market disruptions, increased expenses and production challenges facing many farm operations.

The federal and provincial governments have agreed to increase the 2021 AgriStability interim benefit payment percentage from 50 per cent to 75 per cent for Saskatchewan producers.
