Terri Kentel-Weinheimer

Vice President of Corporate Services

Terri is an executive leader with over two decades of experience in Saskatchewan’s public sector. She currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Services at the Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation where she leads strategic planning, marketing and communications, human resources, the portfolio management office and change leadership.

Terri holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in marketing from the University of Regina, along with certificates in Project Management and Professional Leadership. She is also a graduate of the Effective Executive Program through the University of Saskatchewan

Her career began in 2001 at SCIC as a communications consultant, where she quickly distinguished herself through her passion for strategic planning, marketing, and leadership development. By 2003, she had joined SCIC’s executive management team and has since led transformative initiatives including the creation of a corporate portfolio and project management office, strategic branding and cultural transformation programs, strategic planning, measurement and implementation, and played a lead role in transitioning a Federal program to the province. Terri also continues to be involved in many cross-government teams and committees with a focus on providing excellent public service to the great citizens of our beautiful province.

Terri’s leadership philosophy centers on coaching others to develop their strengths and fostering a culture of personal growth and continuous learning. She is deeply committed to helping individuals achieve their career aspirations and believes in the power of mentorship and shared growth. Her approach is grounded in the belief that leadership is not just about guiding others but about empowering them to lead themselves.

Raised on a mixed grain farm north of Langenburg, Saskatchewan, Terri remains closely connected to her rural roots. She now resides in Yorkton, where she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite tradition—riding the combine with her father during harvest—reflects her enduring connection to agriculture and the values that shaped her leadership journey.
