Today, Saskatchewan Agriculture Minister Daryl Harrison, along with federal, provincial, and territorial governments, announced the AgriStability enrolment deadline for the existing 2025 program year is extended (without penalty) from April 30, 2025, to July 31, 2025.

Today, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, along with Federal Agriculture and Agri-Food Minister (AAFC) Lawrence MacAulay, Saskatchewan Agriculture Minister Daryl Harrison announces continued funding and commitment through the 2025 Crop Insurance Program.
Government of Saskatchewan ministries, Crown corporations and organizations are implementing contingency plans to minimize the impacts of a potential postal service disruption. This includes ensuring that payments are available for clients and suppliers. The potential labour disruption could begin as early as November 15, 2024.
The easiest way for clients and suppliers to ensure payments are not disrupted is to switch to direct deposit, as those payments will not be impacted by any changes to postal service.
